3. Service Agreements

All services are subject to a signed service agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and project specifications
• Pricing and payment terms
• Timeline and completion dates
• Warranty and maintenance provisions

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change. Standard payment terms include:

• Design services: 50% deposit, balance upon completion
• Installation projects: Payment schedule outlined in contract
• Maintenance services: Monthly or seasonal billing as agreed

5. Cancellations and Changes

Changes to approved designs or project scope may result in additional charges. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed materials as follows:

• Plant materials: 1-year warranty with proper care
• Hardscaping: 2-year warranty against defects
• Irrigation systems: 1-year warranty on parts and labor

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information
• Ensuring access to work areas
• Marking underground utilities before work begins
• Maintaining proper watering schedules for new plantings

8. Limitation of Liability

Leading Landscapes shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, acts of God, or client-caused delays.

9. Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and concepts created by Leading Landscapes remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with California law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
